VIP Sampler Tours for Groups

Historic Cold Spring Village is available for VIP Sampler Tours for groups when the site is not open onto the public. For a fee of $8.00 per person (minimum 100 people) , a representative sampling of 6-8 buildings are opened. These may include:

The Welcome Center – Marshallville One-Room Schoolhouse – Dennisville Inn - Spicer Leaming House - Corson Hand House – Coxe Hall Cottage - Village Country Store

Each building is staffed by a historically clothed Village interpreter i.e., a schoolmaster, innkeeper, housewife, and shopkeeper. They greet the guests and discuss their role in the context of the building.

Historic Cold Spring Village has received operating and project grants from the New Jersey Historical Commission in the Department of State, The 1772 Foundation and the County of Cape May including NJSCA/Cape May County Culture and Heritage Commission Regrants. Endowment funds have been awarded from the NJ Cultural Trust in Department of State. Advertising and printing has also been funded through the Cooperative Marketing Grant Program of the New Jersey Division of Travel & Tourism in the Department of State, www.visitnj.org.
