A Village Visit
Historic Cold Spring Village in Cape May is an Early-American open-air living history museum! Step back in time to the 1800s while visiting an award-winning 30 acre-site. Experience 26 restored historic buildings with historical guides in period clothing who demonstrate the trades, crafts and lifestyles of the the 19th century including blacksmithing, woodworking, basketweaving and more. Visit the Ice Cream Parlor, Bakery and Old Grange Restaurant; browse the Country Store and its unique line of heritage goods, specialty foods, jewelry and gift ideas. Weekday family activities and weekend special events including free horse and wagon rides and hands-on kids’ crafts.

Admission is $12 for adults, $10 for children ages 3-12. Children under 3 are admitted free.
Ghost walks take place Tuesday and Thursday nights at 8pm in July and August. The 45-minute walking tour highlights paranormal “visitors” and activities experienced by Village staff and guests over the years. Advanced reservations recommended. Tickets are $15. Tours begin at the Route 9 gatehouse.
