Ghost Investigations

Join teams of professional paranormal investigators for two nights of hands-on ghost hunting in Historic Cold Spring Village. Investigations will be held on Saturday, October 11th, and Saturday, October 25th, from 7:30-10:30pm. Truth Paranormal will lead the October 11th investigation and Ghost-One Paranormal Research will lead the October 25th investigation. Both research teams will lead guests through tests using digital photography and sound recording equipment to try and capture evidence of the supernatural.

Each investigation will begin at 7:30pm in the Welcome Center with an introduction to ghost-hunting etiquette and equipment, and an overview of the history of paranormal activity at the Village. Guests will then be escorted in groups to each of five buildings where researchers will allow guests to assist with the investigations. Over the course of two hours, guests will seek out the spectral in the Spicer Leaming House (c. 1817), the Dennisville Inn (c. 1836) the Marshallville School (c. 1850), the Corson Hand House (c. 1837) and Coxe Hall Cottage (c. 1691). After the investigation, guests will return to the Welcome Center to discuss their findings over dessert. Amateur paranormal investigators are welcome to bring their own equipment.
