The Lewis Corson Gandy Barn was
originally located on Tompkins Lane in
Ocean View. The precise date of the
Barn's construction is not known.
However, when it was dismantled in
preparation for the move the Historic
Cold Spring Village, the name Volney G.
Bennett Lumber Company was found on one
of the beams and was still in business
in Barrington, New Jersey in the late
19th and early 20th century
